Your Inner Peace is matter.



I am a person who has always valued a peaceful life. Relaxing the soul, peaceful mind, and mindfulness are the assets that I have. My life began to alter something after I started using mind-calming techniques. I felt less suffering, no sorrow, and more joy. According to my experience, a peaceful soul can transform the entire world. That’s why everyone needs inner peace.

Everyone has hardships in their lives. However, if your inner soul is at peace, life will be simpler for you. This inner peace, what is it? Can you see it or touch it? Finding inner peace is possible, and you don't have to spend a fortune on a wellness retreat or meditate on a mountaintop. "I think often people look for circumstances to help achieve a sense of inner peace," says Ashley Davis Bush, psychotherapist, and author of The Little Book of Inner Peace: Simple Practices for Less Angst, More Calm. "In actuality, each person already possesses this deep awareness of calm, compassion, and peace. It seems as though we contain a vast supply of serenity and calm inside of us. In fact, this calm, compassionate, deep awareness is actually within each person. It’s as if we have a deep reservoir of peacefulness and serenity inside us. What we have to learn to do is tap into it.”

When I was at university, a colleague said, I am going through the hardest years now. Lots of stress, overworking, no time, exams, research, and everything. But I am very happy. No worries and regrets. Because I am worth my peaceful soul. Since I remove negative people from my life I became happier. It was the most precious blessing I had in my life. Now I am more peaceful I don’t care whatever the hardest thing I should face in my life. Because my life is more peaceful with me. I can face any challenge with my peaceful mind. Her story makes sense to me. Yes, it is true, as long as negativities cannot enter your life you will be peaceful. Even a county is peaceful as long as another country does not declare war on it.

Recently I faced a chaotic situation and got a more collapsed atmosphere internally. But one of my good friend advised me don’t let external rubbishes enter your interior. Close all the doors where useless things come into your mind. And just focus on your goals. I learned a new lesson from that story. The more you worry about yourself, the less time you have to worry about other things. As long as you focus on yourself, you will be happier and more peaceful. Because then you will have confidence in yourself.

One might think that inner peace is a broad topic. You may think that you need to study deeply or meditate intensively to achieve it. Yes, it can be a deep subject. But what I realized from the story of two people is that once you clear the negativity and block the path of pessimism, you will achieve inner peace exactly. You might think that with the daily happenings in today's world, it's hard to get rid of negativity. Yes, it can be, but get that negative thinking out of the way first. There is nothing you cannot do when your thoughts are powerful. But how you eliminate negativity and bring happiness and positivity into your life is up to you. It depends on the people. You can achieve this by meditating or listening to a piece of music. So, think and find your own way to be at peace. And don't forget, you are the greatest creature the universe has ever created.
