You are a ship

Have you ever seen a creation as amazing as the human mind? If I told you that the human mind is capable of achieving anything, would you believe it? Yes, nothing is impossible for your amazing mind. Let's explore the wonders of the human mind.

Human mind consists of two parts. The conscious and subconscious mind. In all human activities, these two components are present. In simple terms, the conscious mind is a part of the mind that is responsible for rationalizing, paying attention, logical thinking, and reasoning. It can be defined as all of the thoughts and deeds that occur while we are conscious. It is also known to regulate all of our routine activities that we choose to do on a voluntary basis. It is called the gatekeeper of the human mind. It also keeps track of and communicates with the outside world and inner self through receptive sensations, thoughts, speech, pictures, writing, and physical activities.

The subconscious mind is referred to as the part of the mind that is in charge of all automatic and involuntary behaviors as well as information that is easily accessible and used in daily life. For instance, it's known that a person's subconscious mind regulates their continuous breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat. The subconscious mind is also known to be the storage place where individual beliefs, attitudes, and memories are stacked up. If you ask, out of these two which one is more powerful?  the subconscious mind is the big boss. Because if you properly train your subconscious, it is capable of doing anything.

How those two are working?

According to Joseph Murphy, the human mind is like a ship. The conscious mind is like a navigator or captain at the bridge of a ship. He directs the ship and signals orders to the crew members in the engine room, who in turn control all the engine instruments, gauges, etc. The men in the engine room simply follow orders; they have no idea where they are going. If the man on the bridge gave them bad or incorrect instructions based on what he discovered using the compass or other instruments, they would go on the rocks. The men in the engine room obey him because he is in charge and issues orders, which are automatically obeyed. The crew simply carries out orders from the captain without speaking back. The captain is the ship's master, and his orders are obeyed. Likewise, your conscious mind is the captain and the master of your ship, which represents your body, environment, and all your affairs. Based on what your conscious mind accepts as true and believes to be true, your subconscious mind obeys the commands you give it. The reason the subconscious is referred to as subconscious or subjective is because it is subject to the conscious mind.

How to train your subconscious mind?

The subconscious is a component that always carries out the directives from the conscious mind. The subconscious mind accepts whatever the conscious mind does or thinks as law. If the conscious mind only considers the negative aspects of life, the issues, or the negative part, the subconscious mind will drag you deeper into the negative. No matter how many issues you face in life, if you work to resolve them by the conscious mind and show a strong commitment to moving forward, the subconscious mind will support your efforts to do so and it will no longer allow problems to come into your life. If you firmly believe in something through the conscious mind, the subconscious will definitely give it to you. So, all you have to do is program your subconscious mind hard to go in the desired directions in your life.  Command your subconscious mind to get whatever good in you want in your life and it will definitely give you that.
